Kindergarten Here We Come !

These were school themed cupcakes for a beautiful little girl who is starting kindergarten this upcoming week. I made fondant apples, chalkboards, glue, books, pencils and shamrocks with her name embossed on them to represent her school mascot. Good luck Hailey!

She Bakes, He Builds Wedding Shower

This was a cupcake cake decorated with fondant accents of baking supplies and workman tools for the couple. There were also chocolate and carrot cupcakes with heart embossed fondant toppers. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Wedding Reception at Home

This was for a couple who got married on an island then had a home reception at their house. These were red velvet and chocolate cupcakes with red candy melt hearts. The top of the tower was hibiscus sugar flowers and a red velvet cake with satin ribbon. Congratulations to the happy couple!

An Engagement to Remember....

This cupcake cake was for my baby brother who proposed to his girlfriend Blake last night in Grant Park in front of all to view. Sooo romantic. I had to whip up a quick little something for them today after I found out last night. I did a replica of the proposal on top of a cupcake cake. Congratulations to Nick & Blake!

Puppy Love Cake

This cake was for a little girl turning 7 who wanted a puppy cake. This is 
chocolate cake with fudge filling and covered in vanilla buttercream. The face, now, flowers, collar and paws are all fondant. 

Dreamsicle Cupcakes

This is an orange cream cake topped with an orange cream, cream cheese buttercream .... These taste just like a push-up ice cream.. Reminds me of being a kid again!

Snickers... Really satisfies

This is the snickers cupcake. Chocolate cake with chocolate Swiss merengue buttercream, chopped salted peanuts, drizzle of caramel and a bite of snickers! Yum!

Superman to the rescue!

These superman cupcakes have fondant toppers with the logo and his flying cape! Cupcakes are snicker flavor, vanilla, chocolate and red velvet! 

Monkey baby shower

These cupcakes were for a monkey themed baby shower. Fondant monkey toppers with pacifiers. Also round fondant toppers with "baby boy" embossed on it in green and blue. Cupcake flavors are chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, and lemon raspberry.

Mushroom Cupcakes

Red and green "mushroom " cupcakes for a baby shower... Red velvet cupcakes with red cream cheese buttercream with upside down white chocolate chips for mushroom spots. Vanilla cupcakes with green vanilla buttercream with upside down white chocolate chips. These also had white wrappers for stems. These were requested by the mama to be for a nature themed baby shower. 

Margaritas!!

This cupcake is a moist lime cupcake with tequila mixed in topped with lime cream cheese buttercream also with tequila in it... then topped with a white candy "M", a sprinkle of margarita salt and a straw for decor.... Yum!

White Chocolate Cupcakes

This cupcake is a white chocolate cupcake with a Lindor White Chocolate Truffle melted inside and topped with a white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, shaved ghirardelli white chocolate on top. 

Tea Anyone?

This is a Tea Hat Cake for a tea themed wedding shower. Invitations were blue, white and teal so I matched the hat to the invitations. This cake is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream complete with fondant rolled roses and pearl and rhinestone picks in them.

Kit Kat Cupcakes

These cupcakes have chocolate cake with a piece of Kit Kat candy in the center topped with caramel buttercream and more Kit Kat pieces... Yum!

Nutella Hazelnut Cupcakes

These are chocolate cake cupcakes
 topped with Nutella hazelnut buttercream and a decorative white candy piece... These are now my son's favorite cupcake!

The Royal Blue Wedding...

This wedding cake and cupcakes were for a royal blue outdoor wedding. The couple is as cute as can be! They requested vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream on their top layer, vanilla cake with strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream on the bottom layer. There were also lemon cake with raspberry swirl cupcakes topped with cream cheese blue buttercream and topped with a white gumpaste rose. The next cupcake was a vanilla cake with raspberry swirl cupcake and blue cream cheese buttercream topped with an edible sugar pearl. Finally the last cupcake was chocolate cake topped with vanilla buttercream and garnished with a blue gumpaste rose. Congratulations to Shelby & Jordan!!

Red Velvet

These are moist red velvet cupcakes topped with cream cheese buttercream and a red candy melt heart...

Over the Rainbow!

These cupcakes are for a 9 year old girls rainbow themed birthday party. These are vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream topped with a rainbow sour gummy and buttercream clouds. I also made cupcake wrappers in each color of the rainbow and added a rainbow ribbon. Happy 9th birthday!

"Still Grooving at 60" Buttercream Disco Cake

This is a disco cake covered in buttercream for those that do not want fondant covering their cake. This has an edible disco ball, fondant cutout disco dancers, a disco dance floor with a rhinestone boarder... Vanilla cake with strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream. I had every intention of using a disco ball motor to rotate the cake disco ball but both motors were broke and I didn't have time to order a new one. Next time!

"Still Grooving at 60" Disco Cake in Fondant..

This cake is a fondant covered cake with an edible disco ball, fondant disco dancer cutouts on a disco dance floor... Rhinestone picks in rhinestone ribbon. 

Oreo Cupcakes...

These are moist chocolate cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream with crushed Oreos swirled in then topped with a little more crushed cookies and your very own whole Oreo cookie. Delish!

Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

This little bite of heaven is a buttery graham cracker crust at the bottom topped with strawberry cheesecake made with fresh strawberries and a swirl of cream cheese buttercream topped with a fresh strawberry.... 

Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes!

These are moist chocolate cupcakes with a creamy peanut butter buttercream on top then topped with half of a Reese's cup. Yummo!
