These cupcakes are construction themed with helmets, signs, screwdrivers, saws and all things construction! James is a special little boy with congenital heart disease called Shone's Complex Hypoplastic left heart variant. He has had 2 surgeries in such a short time already and may need a third. I found James through Icing Smiles and got the opportunity to do his construction themed cupcakes. I am now officially a Sugar Angel and earned my wings with this adorable little boy. I was honored to do this and very happy that I got to meet and hold this cutie pie!
