The "Pineapple" Cupcake

This is a new flavor of cupcake this month. This is a pineapple flavored cake with chunks of pineapple baked in. These were topped with pineapple flavored cream cheese buttercream & topped with a maraschino cherry! Perfect for summer get gatherings!
